I was born and raised in the state of NY, where I attained my Bachelor’s degree. After graduating college, I joined AmeriCorps for 3 years to gain experience in my field of study, which brought me out here to the state of Washington. I have ten plus years of experience working at various child focused education and recreation centers providing a fun and educational experience for children ranging from toddlers to teenagers. Most recently, my jobs have included working as a safe kids educator where I teach water safety to third graders at various local elementary schools as well as being a swim instructor and lifeguard at the Lakewood YMCA and the Fircrest Golf Club. I also have an extensive education and background working within the Emergency Management field providing public education on a variety of topics.

I look forward to working with the Montessori in Motion family and I’m excited to see and learn all of the rewarding accomplishments this year will provide!
