Hello! My name is Ky-Isha!

Thomas, and I’m proud to call Tacoma, Washington my hometown. As the oldest of 8 siblings, I grew up with a natural love for caring for children, which led me to pursue a career in childcare.

For the past 6 years, I’ve worked with children of all ages and am now grateful to be part of the Montessori in Motion team. I hold certifications in Early Childhood Education and have hands on experience in the Montessori classroom, where I enjoy guiding children as they explore, gain independence, and grow at their own pace. I love creating an environment where children feel safe, supported, and excited to learn. Outside of the classroom, I’m discovering new hobbies like roller skating and trying different foods—experiences that spark my creativity and bring new energy to my work with kids.
